WASHINGTON, DC, July 8, 2025 – Lindahl Reed, Inc. and TechSource, Inc. are proud to announce the launch of LRTS Solutions, LLC, a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture purpose-built to deliver scientific, engineering, and programmatic support across the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Department of Defense (DoD), and other critical national security and environmental programs.
The joint venture combines Lindahl Reed’s expertise in energy innovation, infrastructure resilience, and environmental stewardship with TechSource’s nationally recognized leadership in nuclear science, weapons systems support, and classified program execution. Together, the firms offer more than 750 cleared and credentialed professionals with deep domain expertise, extensive federal experience, and scalable delivery capabilities designed to support critical government operations.

LRTS Solutions is qualified by the SBA to receive awards designated for 8(a) Business Development Program participants, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB). The joint venture is also eligible for SBA direct award contracts. The joint venture operates with full compliance infrastructure, including DCAA-approved accounting systems and ISO/CMMC/FCL-ready operations to support both classified and unclassified work.
