Lindahl Reed Inc. (Lindahl Reed) is pleased to announce that Janice Pappas has joined Lindahl Reed as Director of Human Resources. Janice brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, with demonstrated expertise in executing human resources strategy in support of the strategic direction of the organization, as well as operational and team development and execution. Her expertise lies specifically in the areas of Benefits Administration, Compliance, Policies and Procedures, HRIS, Employee Relations, Leaves of Absence and Workers Compensation. Janice is well-suited and experienced in shaping an HR program that serves the needs of employees, while being aligned with the goals, commitments, and development strategies of a small business.

At Lindahl Reed, Janice will be responsible for providing oversight of administrative functions, to benefit the strategic and operational direction of Lindahl Reed as it continues on its growth trajectory. As Director of Human Resources, she will improve the programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the human capital challenges of Lindahl Reed. Janice will work in partnership with the Lindahl Reed leadership team to evaluate and advise on the trajectory of HR programs/strategies as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the organization.

Prior to joining Lindahl Reed, Janice spent nine years as the Director of Human Resources at Redhorse Corporation, where she built a strong HR practice that met the needs of all employees and provided essential tools to help the company achieve its administrative and ethical objectives. In this position, Janice was initially hired as a Human Resources Specialist, but was soon promoted to Director of Human Resources. Prior to working with Redhorse, Janice spent seven years as a Human Resources Generalist at Vector Planning & Services, Inc. & Paragon Solutions & Technology, Inc. where she managed and oversaw many critical functions of the HR department. Janice has successfully supported the startup of new contracts, including the transition and successful incumbent capture of staff ranging from 15 to over 65 employees for mission support contracts with DOE, DoD, and other federal agencies. Janice holds a B.S. Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources from Merrimack College, and has completed numerous professional certifications including: Professional in Human Resources (HRCI – PHR), Professional in Human Resources – California (HRCI – PHR-CA),Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)..
