Lindahl Reed is pleased to announce it has been awarded an agreement by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to provide specialized technical assistance in support of health system transformation associated with Coordinated Care Organizations (CCO) across Oregon as well as other publicly funded health programs, tribal health programs, OHA contracted health systems, or other OHA program areas that pertain to health systems transformation. CCOs support Oregon in achieving the triple aim of improving health, improving care, and lowering costs. CCOs are community‐based, integrated care organizations, focused on the integration and coordination of physical, behavioral, and other types of care. Under this agreement, Lindahl Reed has been approved to provide subject matter expertise in the areas of: analytical modeling; health information technology; quality improvement science; strategies to address social determinants of health; project management; and, community health improvement plan review, implementation, and evaluation.

Lindahl Reed provides services and solutions to improve quality and value of integrated care delivery, support interoperability and digital transformation, improve outcomes and access to care, and ensure regulatory compliance. Our team of subject matter experts excel at integrating technology to promote greater interoperability, support population health management goals and processes, increase patient outreach and engagement efforts, and improve quality and financial outcomes.
