Lindahl Reed is pleased to announce that we have been awarded multiple contracts to provide Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) services to support the United States Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center (CEHNC), Installation Management Command Pacific Region (IMCOM Pacific) Headquarters, Army Garrisons, and seven Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Atlantic (NAVFAC Atlantic) installations.
Our Resource Efficiency Managers will support the Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) and Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) Programs for CEHNC. Financed projects executed through these programs augment resiliency at Department of Defense (DOD) sites while reducing energy and water use and improving infrastructure. Lindahl Reed is honored to be supporting CEHNC which has been nationally recognized as a Technical Center of Expertise for performance contracting.
Lindahl Reed REMs will provide project development and programming, resiliency planning, analysis, strategic insight, and energy and water efficiency guidance to support Army and Navy installation energy and water goals. REM support services will enable installations to manage, conserve, and optimize utility resources including electricity, natural gas, water, wastewater, and other utilities while developing renewable energy solutions such as solar, geothermal, and wind.
Lindahl Reed specializes in delivering comprehensive energy program support to DOD. We work at Headquarter and Regional Command levels to provide strategic planning, policy and programmatic support. At installation level we conduct audits, identify renewable energy generation opportunities, develop, and program projects, support reporting requirements, identify and procure sources of funding, oversee project development and implementation, and track project performance.
