Lindahl Reed is pleased to announce that Marc Hollander has joined Lindahl Reed as an Advisor to the Board. Marc brings more than 35 years of experience in both the Federal government and as a government contractor, providing strategic management, oversight of mission execution, and organizational leadership and growth. Marc spent 25 years as a civil servant in the Federal government as a long-time member of the Senior Executive Service (SES). He was the first Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration Chief Information Officer (CIO), followed by nominations as the first Deputy Assistant Secretary, Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate. He also held senior positions at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as Manager, Technical and Management Support Division; and was the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) Associate Director for Management / Executive Officer for the National Institute for Environmental Health Sciences. During his tenure in the Federal government, Mr. Hollander managed IT portfolios of more than $2 billion in annual spending and staff of up to 1,500 technical, scientific, and administrative professionals.
After leaving government service, Mr. Hollander held several executive positions with government consulting firms, including: SRA International, Inc. (now GDIT); Xerox Federal Government Solutions; and Group President, Akima, LLC. Mr. Hollander is the founder and owner of Integrity Federal Solutions, LLC, a successful Veteran-Owned small business where he consulted directly with Federal C-suite level executives and officials in the CIO, CFO and CAO space. He led wins in the Federal civilian market averaging more than $100 million annually, and successfully built health and IT business practices for his customers. His success is driven by his hands-on understanding of government needs, both stated and unstated, combined with the real-world experience in delivering solutions to help organizations overcome real and perceived constraints and advance their programs through driving measured performance and change.
Marc holds a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University and is a certified Project Management Professional. He is also a graduate of the Office of Personnel Management Federal Executive Institute. He is a decorated civil servant and US Army veteran.
