Millard, with 26 years of experience in the energy field, including the past 15 working for two leading Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) on Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESCs), will take on the role of Lindahl Reed’s Senior Director of Business Development.
Millard’s previous experience includes authoring or approving risk management plans for more than $1 billion in awarded performance contracting projects and servicing a portfolio of $120 million in annually guaranteed cost savings. He then transitioned to a business development role where he had primary responsibility for win theme development, quality control, and proposal team management. He secured $600+ million in new work, achieving a win rate of nearly 40%, and oversaw RFP responses, maintained a pipeline of federal opportunities, led oral interview teams, delivered persuasive writing training and enhanced quality through process improvements.
