WASHINGTON, DC, January 8, 2025 – Lindahl Reed, Inc., a leading provider of technical, scientific, engineering, and research services to the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, and other federal agencies is pleased to welcome Greg Raymond to its Leadership Team as Senior Director of Energy, Platforms, and Infrastructure. In this role, he will provide oversight, development and execution of Lindahl Reed’s expanding energy infrastructure practice area.
Mr. Raymond is the former Director of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Platform and Infrastructure Acquisition Division which develops plans for, and aquires, the most advanced in-situ scientific observation platforms in the world and the facilities to support them.
Prior to that role, he served as the Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the Director, NOAA Corps and the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), providing direct support in administering the operations of NOAA’s fleet of research ships, aircraft, and uncrewed systems, and commissioned NOAA Corps officers and civilian personnel.
Mr. Raymond received multiple civilian and active duty awards including the Department of Commerce Gold Medal and Army Meritorious Service Medals. He has Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Legal Studies, and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute’s Leadership for a Democratic Society and of Harvard Kennedy School’s Senior Executive Fellows program.
