Lindahl Reed, Inc. (Lindahl Reed), a leading provider of technical, scientific, and engineering services to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Department of Defense, and other federal agencies, announced today that Anne-Marie Borbely-Bartis has joined the company as a Senior Program Manager to support Lindahl Reed’s growing portfolio of work with DOE. Anne-Marie brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry where she has supported a full range of program management, technical and scientific, and business administration requirements for the DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), Office of Electricity (OE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). Her areas of expertise include energy policy and legislation, program and project management, research and development (R&D) portfolio evaluation and management, and technology transfer and commercialization. She has supported DOE’s energy mission requirements as a senior scientist, R&D Director, and Technology Management Consultant, and has worked closely with the automotive, electricity, and manufacturing industries.
Anne-Marie is an experienced program manager and has been responsible for leading cross-cutting programs to understand and address complex issues associated with DOE science and technology programs, including clean energy, climate change, decarbonization, technology assessment and demonstration, and technology transfer initiatives. She will be responsible for client management and leading teams of scientists, engineers, researchers, analysts, and subject matter experts in support of DOE mission requirements.
Anne-Marie holds a BA in Physical Geography and Soil Science from California State University, Chico, as well as the MBA program at West Virginia University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
