Lindahl Reed Inc. (Lindahl Reed) is pleased to announce that Aurelio Perez has joined us as Director of Talent Acquisition. Aurelio has over 15 years of experience in team management and the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, equipping him to successfully direct and manage our recruiting and talent development efforts. He is experienced in managing employee relations, business operations, and customer service. Aurelio has the proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and direct talent acquisition teams to be successful. He is highly capable with strong interpersonal skills, a wealth of professional experience, and goal-oriented leadership capabilities.

Aurelio will be a key asset at Lindahl Reed, advancing and managing our talent acquisition program to meet our growth requirements. He will develop initiatives to attract, assess and select a diverse pool of candidates aligned with the mission of Lindahl Reed and our customers. As an integral member of the operations team, he will work across departments to oversee, manage, and advise on talent acquisition, developing methods and procedures that are integral to Lindahl Reed’s business execution strategy.

Prior to joining Lindahl Reed, Aurelio was the General Manager for Sonsray Machinery. He  managed daily operations including sales and service. He was integrated with senior leadership and facilitated company growth through high-quality talent acquisition across sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. His professional experience also includes Sunstate Equipment Company as their branch manager, where he was responsible for managing 52 direct reports and $19.5 million in annual revenue. Aurelio’s employment history demonstrates thorough and seasoned experience in team management and talent acquisition.

Aurelio earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Spanish from St. Mary’s College of California where he starred as a collegiate rugby player before winning multiple National Championships with the Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (OMBAC).
