Ms. Nelkie is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience managing high-impact contracts across multiple federal agencies, including: Department of Energy; Department of Transportation; Environmental Protection Agency; Federal Emergency Management Agency; Federal Highway Administration; Federal Railroad Administration; Federal Transit Administration; and, the National Park Service. Ms. Nelkie’s expertise spans a wide range of consulting areas, including: strategic planning, grants management, energy resiliency, energy transmission and storage, emergency preparedness, post-disaster recovery, project and construction management, technical assistance, environmental compliance, cost estimating, and design oversight.
