Lindahl Reed, Inc. (Lindahl Reed) and POWTEC Solutions LLC (POWTEC) are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a $7.7 million blanket purchase agreement with the U.S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) to provide asset management support across the Coast Guard’s $26 billion portfolio of real property assets. Joining the Lindahl Reed-POWTEC team are The Awesome Group, Stantec, and DIGON Systems. Our asset management experts, business consultants, and thought leaders will work with SILC to develop and implement asset management strategies using ISO 55000 and the Coast Guard Mission Support Business Model. We will also support SILC leadership in continuous improvement activities, including analysis of business processes, engineering, configuration management, information technology, and financial policy. We will lead process and re-engineering efforts to optimize the effective use of existing Coast Guard IT systems such as Maximo, BUILDER, DHS FSMS, SharePoint, and MS Office applications.
