Lindahl Reed is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract by the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services (PBS), Region 10, to provide specialized Guiding Principles support services to comply with Federal High Performance and Sustainable Buildings requirements. Lindahl Reed works with GSA program managers, property managers, and building management staff to complete required analysis, measurements, and calculations to meet the Guiding Principles requirements. This includes cost-effective strategies for compliance with applicable requirements for operations and management, energy, water, indoor air quality, and climate resilience.
Lindahl Reed specializes in providing high-performance building solutions, including Guiding Principles initial building certification and revalidation, energy engineering and studies, sustainability strategies, LEED consulting for existing buildings, and training. This involves: developing sustainable building strategies; benchmarking building performance; conducting gap analyses; implementing sustainability programs and initiatives; conducting performance verification; submitting Guiding Priniciples and LEED documentation for certification; and, conducting quality assurance reviews.
