Lindahl Reed Inc. (Lindahl Reed) is pleased to announce that Lu Pham is joining Lindahl Reed as Vice President and Health Practice Lead. With more than 20 years of consulting experience within the federal healthcare and government consulting industry, Lu’s expertise includes business case analysis, risk assessment, team and relationship building, business capture/proposal development, and strategic pricing. Lu’s experience with corporate business management and financial infrastructure processes, coupled with his professional network and experience with federal contracting enables him to successfully identify business opportunities, integrate capture strategies, and develop an execution plan to achieve long term continuous success.
Lu has successfully supported proposals and awarded contracts including single awards, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs) ranging up to $250M. Notable mentions are Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP), National Institute of Health (NIH) National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), NIH Clinical and Translational Science Awards Program (CTSAP), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Employee Assistance Program (EAP), CMS Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response (OPHPR) Technical Support Services BPA, and the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB).
At Lindahl Reed, Lu supports and drives the growth of Lindahl Reed’s rapidly expanding Health practice. His primary focus is on the federal market sector, including CMS, CDC, NIH, Veterans Affairs, Defense Health Agency (DHA), and Indian Health Services. His responsibilities include business and partnership development, customer relationships, and contract management.
Prior to joining Lindahl Reed, Lu served as a Pricing Director at Redhorse Corporation, where he helped to develop complex, multi-million-dollar projects for government clients including a variety of GSA Multiple Award Schedules, Government Wide Acquisition Contracts, and agency specific IDIQs and BPAs. Prior to Redhorse, Lu was with SRA International for 8 years, helping to expand its business portfolios within the federal Health and Civilian Agencies resulting in notable new contract awards in excess of $500 million. Prior to SRA, Lu was with Booz Allen Hamilton for 10 years, serving in a lead role supporting business and operational financial analysis and processes.
